Emmy Award Winning Zinghoppers will be Hopping at
Lind-Bohanon Home and Art Fair Saturday June 28, 2014

There are tons of reasons why homeowners choose this neighborhood and this community to live in and raise their families! Our 2nd Home and Art Fair, Saturday June 28, 2014 11am-5pm at Jenny Lind School will have many home improvement vendors, artists and just plain fun for the whole family! This year grab your dancing shoes because you’re invited to a fun interactive concert and engaging dance party for the whole family! DJ Kitty or J-Star will be your party host – both are EMMY Award winning children’s songwriters and innovative educators with a background in Early Childhood Education, and co-star/co-created the Zinghoppers Show. The party will be rocking with original songs from the Zinghoppers EMMY Award winning TV series (seen on over 100 PBS member stations nationwide), as well as classic kids tunes that will get the young (and the young at heart) singing, dancing, clapping and zinghopping along! With a goal to engage, educate and entertain, it’s no wonder why Parent Magazine named the Zinghoppers Kidz Dance Party the “#1 Kids Entertainers in Nashville” for the past four years! Food! Fun! Mixed in with Home and Art vendors of all kinds! Check out our website for our growing list of vendors daily!

Are you an artist, remodeler, nonprofit? It’s not too late to register for this event! Contact us at 612-588-7641 or email at info@lindbohanon.org

“Our mission is to provide a unique home and art fair event to attract potential new homeowners and families and invite current residents to find artful resources to improve their homes and lives inside and out.”

“Lind Bohanon Home and Art Fair” is a unique and exciting blend of a home show and art fair designed to give a flavor of the best northern gateway Lind Bohanon neighborhood and all that the seven neighborhoods of the Camden community have to offer in Minneapolis!

This premiere event will be held Saturday, June 28th, 2014 from 11am-5pm at Jenny Lind School, 5025 Bryant Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55430.

The housing stock is diverse from newly built single family and townhomes on the Humboldt Greenway to the more stately homes on Victory Memorial Parkway. There’s an independent senior living building and some of the most affordable housing stock in the city.

Our schools are perhaps growing the next new violin virtuosos at Jenny Lind School. There’s more park and greenspace per capita than anywhere else in Minneapolis. Our north Minneapolis gateway community has a National Mississippi Park, Three Rivers Parks District Carl Kroening Interpretive Center, the Grand Rounds and commuter biking lanes to downtown. It has easy access to three major highway access points that are all huge assets to this side of town. Yet it continues to be one of the best kept secrets of Minneapolis.

“People don’t just buy a home, they buy a neighborhood!” Art! Community! Home!
